Approach 1 On Mobile

-> Open Facebook. It's a dark-blue application with a white "f" on it. This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook on your phone or tablet.

Method 2 On Desktop

:) Most likely to Facebook's web site. Go to https://www.facebook.com in your recommended web browser. This will fill your News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook.

If you aren't already logged right into Facebook, enter your email address (or contact number) and password before continuing.

:) Click Teams. This tab gets on the left side of your News Feed web page.

If you don't see Teams below, first click Photo titled Android7dropdown.png and then click New Groups in the drop-down menu.

:) Click the Groups tab. It's to the left of the Discover tab in the top-left corner of the web page.

:) Open the settings for the group you intend to leave. Locate the team you want to leave, after that click the gear-shaped icon to the right of the team's name. A drop-down menu will appear.

:) Click Leave Team. It's an alternative in the drop-down menu. This triggers a pop-up food selection.

:) Avoid various other group members from re-adding you. If you don't want other people in the team to be able to add you back to the group, check the "Prevent various other members from adding you back to this group" box before proceeding.

This step is totally optional.
