How to Off Location On Facebook

Sharing your present area on Facebook enables you to be extra particular about your actions, thus boosting the level of interactivity on the popular social media. For example, this enables family and friends to satisfy around your location or interact regarding nearby areas and tourist attractions. If you do not wish to share your current location, though, you can disable it from all Status updates along with your major account settings.

How To Off Location On Facebook

From Status Updates

Action 1: Visit your primary Information Feed display, after that click the "Update Status" field to expose all offered alternatives.

Action 2: Highlight the area pen located under said area; the name of your present place is noted by default.

Step 3: Click the "X" that appears beside the existing area to remove it.

From Account Web page

Step 1: Click the "About" tab then click "Edit" from the major Living area.

Step 2: Click the "X" shown beside the Current City area and/or the Hometown area to remove your existing location.

Action 3: Click "Save" to apply the brand-new settings and turn off your existing location.
